These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of annasandall.com and any coaching, consulting, or related services ("Services") provided by Anna Sandall ("we", "us", "our"). By booking or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
We provide executive coaching, leadership development, change management, life coaching, team building, and public speaking services, delivered online and/or in person as agreed with each client.
3. Bookings and Payment
Payments for our Services are processed securely through Stripe. Full payment (or an agreed deposit/instalment plan, where offered) is required before a session or program begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations and Refunds

- Clients may reschedule or cancel a session with at least [X] hours/days' notice at no charge.
- Cancellations made with less than [X] hours/days' notice may be charged in full or forfeit any deposit paid.
- Refunds for programs or packages are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed once a program has commenced.
5. Client Responsibilities
Coaching and consulting outcomes depend on your active participation. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes vary depending on individual circumstances and effort.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, content, and resources provided as part of our Services remain the intellectual property of Anna Sandall unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute these materials without permission.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information shared during coaching and consulting sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services to any client, at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment or a breakdown in the coaching relationship.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
